Another unfinished project gets completed

This is a little piece designed by Brightneedle. I believe I started it about 9-10 years ago. This winter I dug it out of the needlework box and spent a couple of weeks completing it. It is amazing how long it takes to finish such a small project. It is stitched over one thread on 32-count linen so the going was a little slow and required good light and a little bit of magnification.

I think it is adorable. Now it just needs to be framed so it can hang up and contribute to the Christmas spirit next holiday season.
